Customers must carry a valid government-approved ID Proof along with their Trip/Booking ID to collect the boarding pass.
A single boarding pass is strictly entitled to a single seat only.
Tickets once sold will not be canceled or refunded.
Customers must report to the boarding point 15 minutes before departure to avoid missing the cruise and any inconvenience.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS,
The boarding pass should be retained until the end of the cruise.
Admission on board is on a first-come, first-serve basis.
The SWASTIK Cruises management reserves the right to cancel, advance, reschedule, delay the cruise, alter stopping places, deviate from the journey route, or change the ship type without liability.
The management reserves the right to refuse boarding to any person deemed unfit to travel or who poses a risk to others on board.
Knives, scissors, sharp instruments, tools, heavy baggage, firearms, and ammunition, including toy replicas, are prohibited in the passenger cabin.
Rights of admission are reserved.
The management is not liable for any loss or damage.
Child tickets are subject to the discretion of the management.
The management's decision is final.
No bags are allowed on the boat. Handbags will be checked by security.
No outside drinks or eatables are allowed on the boat.
A ticket is applicable for a child above 3 feet in height.
All health and safety guidelines as directed by the Government of Goa will be strictly followed.
